At Heatwave Rave Gear we are always negotiating with shipping companies to offer you the best route options and prices.

We currently ship orders with DHL and FedEx depending on routes.

We ship to all international countries except conflict zones.

We ship most of our ready made orders within 1-2 business days (excluding items that are made-to-order, these may take up to 8 to 10 weeks depending on the production line). All orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. Estimated delivery times are 8 – 15 working days from shipping date. We will send you a confirmation E-mail containing the tracking number after the package is shipped.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 business days to update online after the package is shipped. You can see real-time updates from the shipping option we provide. If you do not see any activity on your tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] we’ll investigate further for you.

Just like anything else, mail carriers are not 100% accurate. If you think your package might have been lost, please contact [email protected] or [email protected] and we will look into it for you. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue and get a replacement package shipped out to you.
